Our Approach
We began with a site assessment to evaluate the existing pavement and identify areas of base failure that would require full-depth repair before overlay.
Milling removed the deteriorated surface material to a controlled depth, creating a clean bonding surface for the new asphalt and maintaining existing elevations.
Full-depth repairs were completed in areas where the base had failed, ensuring the new surface would not reflect the same failures.
The asphalt overlay was placed and compacted to specification, restoring a smooth, uniform driving surface.
